This Pilates based class builds strength and stability from the very core of your body. With the use of dumbbells and resistance bands instead of a reformer bench, our Pilates exercises will strengthen your core, transverse abdominal and back muscles. Working with your breath you’ll develop a solid base. Let Sculpt be the dynamic complement to your yoga practice.
No need to bring shoes or socks. Sculpt is done barefoot! You do need a yoga mat.
