Prepare your mind, body and spirit for childbirth. The Mama Flow classes focus on pre- and postnatal breathing techniques. Techniques that make it easier to breathe through various yoga flows to further strengthen and prepare the body, including meditation exercises.

Mama Flow classes are led by certified, trained and experienced doula, childbirth educator and pre-/postnatal yoga teacher Maggie Bijl, who is also a happy mother of two.
