This Pilates based class builds strength and stability from the very core of your body. With the use of dumbbells and resistance bands instead of a reformer bench, our Pilates exercises will strengthen your core, transverse abdominal and back muscles. Is pilates for beginners
In both yoga and Pilates, you build strength and flexibility. Yoga focuses on the whole body while Pilates focuses on your core. Our Sculpt classes are challenging enough for Pilates pros but also easy enough to follow when you are a complete beginner.
You don’t need to bring shoes or socks. Sculpt is done barefoot but you do need a yoga mat.
