At YG Studios, we offer one-on-one training, guided at your own pace by a personal trainer who helps you to achieve your goals. Together, you will set-up your training plan.

You can buy individual sessions of 30 or 60 minutes, or a package of 5 sessions. With a package, you train more cost-effectively, of course.
