Doing 108 Sun Salutations is a yogic tradition to start a new season. 108 Rounds might sound impressive but no worries, we got you covered!
We start with a solid warm up. Slowly building up the Sun Salutations and offering modifications. We assure you this practice is suitable for everybody.
Dewi divides the session into 4 sets of 27 with a short reset in between.
