Doing this many Sun Salutations is the perfect exercise to listen to your body and make it YOUR exercise. Where do you need to slow down? Where can you give that little bit extra? Adjustments are offered so you can feel your body, play with adjustments and practice in your unique way. Nice to know that the series is divided into 4 sets of 27 rounds with a small break in between. Sweet!

Because you repeat the same movement, the body knows what to do and the brain can unwind. This leaves all the space for a deep focus on your breath. Supported by the live beats of DJ Inez Akker, there is no better way than this to really connect breath and movement.
