Your fascial network is webbing your entire body and sometimes needs to be treated. It connects and supports our muscles, organs, bones and more. Applying gentle pressure on ‘trigger points’, helps to release tension. Alongside with some yoga postures and the help of tennis balls, you’ll learn techniques how to find relief and movement in this Roll, Release and Relax workshop.
