LOADED FLEXIBILITY WORKSHOP
Resistance and Flexibility as a perfect pairing
In this 2,5 hour workshop you will explore a loaded flexibility training program. This puts a focus on developing strength while also using a large range of motion. Get ready to experience a heightened awareness of your body. This workshop offers the perfect input if you’re looking to add more resistance training to your movement practice or vice versa, adding more flexibility to your resistance training.
Boost your movement practice
You will learn short sequences that integrate easily into your exercise regime, targeting the whole body but mainly focused on the shoulder, spine and hips. Throughout the practice you will use dumbbells and kettlebells. Using external load will increase the intensity in the exercises and helps you to achieve your mobility goals more efficient. Magnus will guide you from your own individual level making sure it’s safe, relevant, and achievable for everyone. This workshop is open to all levels.
about Magnus Ringberg
Trained in physical therapy and sport science, Magnus practices and studies movement for decades. He now travels the world teaching yoga and movement.
