This Canadian has lived in Toronto, London, Glasgow, Los Angeles and Aberystwyth in Wales, before moving to The Netherlands in 2018.

She’s been doing yoga for 20 years now which she loves because it allows us to slow down, simplify and connect. Liz considers herself a lifelong student of yoga, with over 1000 hours of professional training under her belt.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise then, that India is her favorite country. When travelling abroad Liz and her husband prefer to backpack. In Rotterdam you’ll find her admiring the architecture and soaking up the city’s energy.
