Created for all mothers and mothers to be, these classes help you during, before and after your pregnancy. Prepare yourself for giving birth and support your body and mind after your child has arrived. You will be focusing on breathing technique, pelvic floor and deep core exercises and strength training.
Through years of education and training and experience, Maggie has become an expert in the field of pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. By fusing her knowledge with challenging and incredibly effective movements, you’ll be able to take these techniques and tools learned and strategically apply them to your practice both on and off the mat as well as in the studio to optimize your daily routine. Our classes are a blend of meditation and breathing techniques, functional strength training, pregnancy and post pregnancy core-specific movement, designed safely and specifically for you and your body. Learn how to become an active participant in your experience. Strong for pregnancy, for birth and for life!

BASECAMP – INTRODUCTION TO MAMA STRONG, Sunday October 18
On Sunday, October 18 from 12.00 – 14.00 Maggie will teach a Basecamp which introduces your to our Mama strong classes.
This Basecamp introduces you to our Mama Strong classes, combining core techniques, breathing practices, strengthening exercises and some gentle moves and stretches. Let Maggie help you feel and understand your physical and physiological changes. You will feel empowered and confident while taking care of yourself during this transformation.
