This week, brace yourself for a core workout with Nicola! Train and develop your entire midsection and learn how to work from the core. Join us for this 30 minute challenge on Insta Live, we dare you to go BIG. So get ready to isolate, engage and strengthen those major abdominal muscles. Prepare yourself for 900 reps around the core!
How does it work? In the challenge, taking place on Saturday the 30th at 10 am, we have included 6 fiery exercises by Nicola’s design. Starting from Monday January 25 we will reveal an exercise a day. All exercises combined form the challenge. This gives you a week to try out, modify and create time to ask your questions. So, on Saturday morning at 10 AM you can go all out for your 900 reps around the core!
