We’ve added more BOX classes to our schedule so you can hit it every day. It’s hard not to love boxing, with all its amazing benefits. Work on your mobility, stamina and strength, all in one workout. Did we mention our amazing teachers? Give it a go, hit those punch bags! Box is the total package.
GREAT WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS
Anyone can box, just trust our teachers. You don’t have to be strong to start, but you can expect to build a lot of strength once you get going. You’ll notice the difference after a few good sessions. Besides building strength, you will build up speed and challenge your reflexes.
If you didn’t sweat, you haven’t been boxing. We’ll work with you on your techniques, making sure to improve your hand-eye coordination, body awareness and the speed of your punches. Into the mix we will be bringing some massive calorie burners; rope jumping, shadowboxing and footwork drills.
Boxing requires a good stance. You will need to build strength in your core muscles, which improves your posture and makes you stand tall. Working out more regularly will boost your confidence. Not only will you start to look but you will also start to feel better. Raising your heart rate and blood flow pushes oxygen-rich blood towards the brain which after class gives you a feeling of satisfaction. Enjoy the buzz!
