After just one week of daily morning practice, you should feel significantly rejuvenated and refreshed. practical info
Pranayama is powerfully detoxifying. We strongly encourage students to eat and live well during the intensive. We ask students to stop drinking alcohol, smoking and eating meat at least one week prior to the start of the course.
This intensive is recommended for students who have more than 6 months yoga experience. Students should be comfortable sitting, and be confident diaphragmic, nose breathers. This course is not suitable for anyone pregnant, in burnout or with a history of serious mental health challenges.
