Katya

Katya’s journey into yoga and mindfulness has given her profound tools to navigate life with ease, calm, and presence. Practicing regularly helps her quiet her busy mind, manage stress, and achieve deep, restful sleep. Katya has been teaching Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness for years, and she witnesses firsthand the transformative effects they have on her students’ lives. She firmly believes in the power of stillness to help people connect to their inner strength, replenish themselves, and focus on what truly matters.

Originally from Ukraine, Katya spent her formative years in Moscow before moving to the Netherlands for a Master’s in Marketing. She now calls Rotterdam home and loves the city’s mix of cultures, space, and vibrant energy. Her ideal getaway is anywhere new; she loves renting a car to explore a fresh destination every couple of days, combining nature walks, charming towns, and coastal relaxation, all with local culinary discoveries.

In her free time, Katya enjoys long walks with her dog, visiting art exhibits, enjoying a glass of wine on a terrace, and finding new fine-dining spots in the city.
