Yoga brings Chelsea back to herself. It helps her stay grounded, present, and calm — even when life is chaotic. Through yoga, she’s learned to move through challenges with grace and confidence, and to trust in her own strength. It’s where she reconnects with reality and remembers: she’s got what it takes — and so do we all.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Chelsea has lived in many places, but yoga has remained a steady, grounding force throughout her journey. After falling in love with a Dutch guy, she now calls Rotterdam home. Sharing the practice that has given her so much is something she feels deeply grateful for.
Chelsea has completed multiple advanced yoga trainings around the world, including a 300-hour yoga & meditation course at Ishka Yoga Center in Cali, Colombia, a 200-hour Rocket Yoga training with Carson Clay Calhoun, and a 300-hour Creative Vinyasa training through Authentic Movements. She also holds a 300-hour 26+2 certification with Gianna Purcell and a BASI Pilates mat training.
Her favorite destination? Ireland — for its kind people, cozy food, and rolling green landscapes. It’s her ideal place to slow down and breathe. In Rotterdam, you’ll find her happily cycling through the city on a sunny day, soaking up the energy of the people she now calls her community.
