Rebecca

For Rebecca (you may call her Becky), movement isn’t just about fitness — it’s about freedom. Freedom to play, to explore, to stay strong for all of life’s wild, wonderful moments. Sculpt, for her, is about building a body that’s ready for adventure — functional, capable, and connected. Movement is very important to her and it’s vital to keep body awareness and movement as a part of life and play as adults. The goal is strong and functional body for all the things people love.

Originally from the South of England, Becky’s journey began on the stage. Trained in musical theatre at Bird College and Trinity Laban, she spent her early years performing. But life led her to Wales, where she dove deep into Pilates, injury recovery, and functional fitness. From shadowing expert teachers to training on army camps, her education grew through hands-on experience — with bodies in motion, stories in healing, and strength found in the everyday.

Becky balances teaching Sculpt, Pilates, and rhythm cycling with outdoor adventures. She believes adults lose too much natural movement over time — and she’s here to help bring it back, with presence and purpose.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her surfing, hiking, or enjoying a BBQ with friends by the water. In Rotterdam, she loves early mornings in the city and the fresh energy that comes with a new day.
