Originally from Austria, Liz moved to Rotterdam to study at the Willem de Kooning Academy. After graduating, she stayed in the city and now works as a freelance illustrator alongside her role at the front desk.

Taking a class at YG is, for her, a way to step out of daily routines and create space. Movement brings her energy, clarity, and a moment to reset.

Austria still feels like home. Visiting family and friends there is her favorite way to travel — hiking in the mountains, swimming in lakes, and enjoying the quiet of nature. In Rotterdam, she enjoys slowing things down. A free afternoon is best spent on a long walk through the Kralingse Bos, followed by browsing second‑hand and vintage shops with friends.
