Teacher

Justien

After graduating from art school, Justien rather spontaneously started a 500-hour Hatha yoga teacher training. What began as “a fun side job” quickly turned into something much deeper. The training resonated strongly, and teaching felt natural from the start.

Yoga showed her that she wasn’t as “unsporty” as she had always believed — and the philosophy turned out to align surprisingly well with her grounded, no-nonsense view on life. That same quality defines her as a teacher: observant, calm, and to the point.

Alongside her 500-hour training, she deepened her practice through Thai yoga massage, and further studies in yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, and yoga nidra. Hatha (our CLASSIC) remains her foundation — a practice that supports both the physical and mental, effort and ease, structure and space.

Outside the studio, she is drawn to simple pleasures: good coffee, ceramics, writing, and the sea. She laughs a little too loudly, speaks a little too honestly, and finds joy in the quiet moments — like watching her daughters sleep.
