1. COUNT WORKOUTS, NOT MINUTES
Remind yourself that getting started may be challenging and your energy levels will vary per day. Take a big picture approach, focus on the workouts you do, not how long or how intense they are. A consistent schedule that you can maintain for an extended period surely beats the occasional all-out workout that is not followed up. Short for time? 2. RING THE ALARM

Taking time to recover is just as important as those workouts. Write a journal, do some reading or listen to your favorite podcasts. Or just hang out with your friends. Find what resonates most with you and commit to it.
