In this 2-hour yoga journey, we explore the art of balance in body, mind, and breath. Through a dynamic and creative flow, we playfully move between strength and softness, stability and freedom, effort and ease.
The session invites you to embrace balance not as perfection, but as a living, breathing practice — a dance between opposites. We’ll finish with a deeply restorative and guided relaxation, allowing the body to absorb the benefits and the mind to return to stillness.

about Boban
Boban is a former dancer turned yoga teacher. Born in Germany, his dance education at the Rotterdam Dance Academy together with his dance training in Serbia, has shaped him to be the flexible and adaptable person he is today. Moving his body is something that comes natural to him, therefore his very first yoga experience felt like a coming home of sorts. His experience in yoga is extensive and extends well into Vinyasa, Hatha, Pralaya and even Aerial yoga!
