Students coming to this workshop are those who want to learn how to relax. Restorative yoga allows the mind to go into deep relaxation. The more you practice the better you become at being able to relax your mind, on and off the mat. When the body comes in deep rest it can reduce symptoms of stress. Which therefore enhances better sleep, boosting and rebalancing the body.
We are ending this session with a proper sound bath at the end which will leave you totally relaxed.
