Join us for this Silent Yoga Premiere! The lovely music masters at Dansvoer will provide individual headsets for each of our regular Sunday classes allowing you to experience a whole new level of focus and concentration, with the sounds of the world around you drowned out, and only your yoga and terrific tunes filling your mind.
