Join us on Saturday 11 April for an energizing Shakeout Run through the city, designed to loosen the legs, calm the nerves and connect with fellow runners before race day.
This easy 5KM run is all about shaking out your legs and getting into the right mindset for the marathon weekend.

10:00 Welcome and check-in
10:30 Start of the 5KM shakeout run at an easy pace
11:15 Finish at The Usual with drinks and pastries
12:00 End of run and start of the Pre Reset Program
After the run, we’ll roll straight into the Pre Reset Program at The Usual.
Expect sessions like yoga, meditation and a fuel and hydration talk, everything you need to feel fresh, focused and ready for race day.
No need to worry about your belongings, we’ll transport everything from YG Studios to The Usual while you run.
Expect good vibes, easy miles and a strong community feel.
