
After 2 years away, Camilla is back — and she’s bringing her special two-hour Yin Yoga workshop to the studio she once called home. This session is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body, breathe deeply, and release built-up tension through mindful movement and stillness.
We’ll begin with a slow and mindful exploration of myofascial release, using tennis balls to gently ease tension and awaken body awareness. This first hour is designed to help you arrive in your body, soften the layers of holding, and prepare for stillness.
In the second half of the workshop, we’ll settle into longer-held Yin postures, supported by props and a quiet atmosphere. You’ll have the option to use the eye mask, encouraging a deeper inner focus and an opportunity to practice letting the body, rather than the eyes, lead the way. As always we’ll close with a relaxation, allowing time and space for integration.
