In Restore & Nidra, you’ll experience deep rest through gentle restorative postures followed by a guided Yoga Nidra journey. Rest is where integration happens — physically, mentally, and energetically. Just like animals retreat into hibernation during winter, you are invited to shift into a deeply restorative state where brainwaves move into theta: the space between waking and sleeping.

In this liminal state, the body softens, the mind unwinds, creativity emerges, and emotions can be processed with ease. By practicing the art of “undoing,” we create room for inner peace and clarity — a beautiful gift to yourself at the end of the year.
