Looking for an extra kick? Let’s fire up your core in the Power to the Core Live Super Session with Basiet! On Tuesday evening March 2, join us for 75 fiery minutes of yoga. Strenghten your core and work on those asanas. Stand tall, straight and strong together with birthday boy Basiet!

Famous for his Power Core classes, Basiet will offer you the challenge you experience in our Power class with an added focus on the core. In time, you will float effortlessly from pose to pose. Together you’ll move through a series of poses that increase your mobility, strengthen your core muscles, and build fire within! At the end, melt away any left tension in your body with a good stretch, cool-down and Savasana.

Our online doors open at 17.15. You’ll receive a Microsoft Teams link 30 minutes before the workshop starts.

This Super Session is suitable for all levels. Tickets covering The Big Escape theme will cost €12,50.
