
Mindfulness in Movement with Anthony
In this workshop, Anthony brings together his experiences in dance, yoga practice, bodywork and physiotherapy, into a unique physical practice that he is referring to as ‘Mindfulness in Movement’. Through various exercises , Anthony will guide you through some of the basic principles to the practice, this will then lead to various series and sequences, designed to help you deeper connect with your body and breath.
Through guided exercises, principles, and flowing sequences, you’ll be invited to explore your body in new ways — reconnecting with your individuality in movement while expanding your range and awareness.

After the workshop you will be able to take away new tools and tips that you can then integrate into your own movement practice and daily life.

This workshop is ideal for anyone with a regular movement practice — whether that’s yoga, pilates, dance, tai chi, or strength training. No matter your background, the principles shared can be applied to both your physical practice and daily activities. All levels are welcome.
