Meditation Mondays

Vipassana means “to see clearly” , to observe reality as it is, rather than through habits, assumptions and automatic reactions.

In this four-week course, Nicola will guide you step by step through a traditional Vipassana meditation technique. Combining theory, guided practice and simple home assignments, each session builds on the previous one, allowing you to develop a deeper understanding through direct experience.

Through meditation, we begin to notice the ever-changing sensations, thoughts and emotions that arise within us. By observing them with more clarity and steadiness, we cultivate a calmer, more focused mind and create space between what happens and how we respond.

Along the way, we’ll explore the connection between body and mind, and how greater awareness can help us move from automatic reaction towards more conscious action.

What to Expect

Each Monday morning includes:

  • A short theoretical introduction
  • Guided meditation practice
  • The next step of the Vipassana technique
  • A simple home practice for the week

After each session, you’ll receive a short summary and home assignment to support your practice throughout the week.

The mornings will be quiet and free from music, creating space to turn inward and deepen your awareness.

Who Is It For?

Everyone is welcome.

No previous meditation experience is needed. Beginners will be guided from the very beginning, while experienced meditators are welcome to refresh and deepen their practice.

Practical

Comfortable clothing is enough. All meditation props are provided, and we’ll help you find a suitable sitting position, whether on the floor or in a chair.
