In this practical workshop we move beyond theory and step onto the training floor. This session is designed for anyone who wants to improve their strength training while also learning how to build and maintain muscle more effectively.
During the workshop we will work through fundamental movement patterns used in resistance training, including squats, hinges, pushing and pulling exercises. Participants will practice these movements using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells while focusing on proper technique, control, and tempo. You will learn how small adjustments in positioning and execution can improve both strength development and hypertrophy (muscle growth).
The session includes guided movement preparation, technique coaching, and a short structured training block where participants can immediately apply what they learn. Throughout the workshop there will be individual coaching and practical tips that can easily be integrated into your own training routine.

Whether your goal is building muscle, getting stronger, or simply training more efficiently, this workshop will help you move and train with greater confidence.
