Take time to challenge yourself and get playfull in your yoga practice! Flow through different transitions in and out of handstand. Learn how to mindfully engage your shoulders, arms and core and prepare yourself for this playful and empowering flow sequence. We know nailing handstand in your yoga practice isn’t the easiest thing to do. Take your time, and start at whatever level feels comfortable to you.

Get upside down and become stronger in this 75 minutes Vinyasa class. This full-body sequence will leave you feeling more confident in your inversion practice. Never underestimate the power of the basics in your yoga practice. Tim will help you to truly understand and master the subtle movements within your body needed for the more challenging poses. Be patient, practice, have fun and enjoy this exhilarating journey!
