Foundations of SCULPT
Want to get more out of your SCULPT classes? This workshop is all about building a strong foundation — so you can move smarter, feel stronger, and understand why you’re doing what you’re doing.
During this session, we dive into the essentials of Pilates technique and posture. You’ll learn how to find correct positions, recognize what your own body needs, and adapt exercises to make them either more challenging or more supportive.
What you’ll learn
During this workshop, you’ll explore the foundations of Pilates technique that form the base of our SCULPT. You’ll dive into the core Pilates principles: centering, control, concentration, precision, and breathing. In addition, you’ll learn how to find correct positions, understand how to modify exercises to make them either more accessible or more challenging, and perform a personal posture check. We’ll look at how to work with different spine types and pelvic positions, helping you recognize your own posture strengths and areas for growth.
