Let Nicola develop greater patience within your practice, body and mind. Because patience is a virtue. Nicola will teach you some techniques that have helped her with this. Flex, pause to listen.

Dive into the magic of calm practice. In this Flex class you will move softly and with respect for your body. Learn how to create space with the use of affirmations, meditation, mindfulness, mudra and extra attention to the breath. Anchor in the here and now, let go of expectations and allow yourself to enjoy waiting. Accepting what we cannot change, nor control can be an important mindset towards a happier life.

In this 75 minutes Flex Yin Yoga class you’ll learn how to simply be present to whatever is. Start with a body and mind awareness practice. Followed by a mudra for patience along with calm breath. After this we are more ready to observe and enjoy the whole process of each following asana.
