What you’ll learn & experience
- Theory & fundamentals
We begin with the mechanics behind powerful punching. We’ll break down the 5 pillars of a perfect punch: Balance, rotation, energy, timing and precision. You’ll revisit the biomechanics of power — hips, legs, and core — and gain new insights into how balance forms your foundation, rotation becomes your engine, and timing unlocks explosive energy transfer. First you understand why, then you apply.
- Strength & power drills
Next, we turn knowledge into muscle memory. Expect targeted drills that improve stability, rotation, and explosiveness. These exercises build the physical base for stronger, more efficient punches.
- Physical experience & application
Here’s where everything comes together. In safe, controlled partner drills, you’ll practice precision on focus mitts, explore timing and distance, and integrate balance and rotation in motion. This is where theory meets real boxing skill.

Who is this clinic for?
This clinic is open to both new participants and those who joined the previous edition. If you’re new, you’ll build a clear and complete technical foundation while immediately going deeper into understanding how powerful punching truly works. If you’ve trained with us before, this is your opportunity to consolidate and refine your fundamentals, with extra focus on timing, precision, and practical application, helping you move from simply hitting harder to punching smarter.
What to bring:
Comfortable athletic clothing, stable trainers, a towel, a water bottle — and your eagerness to learn. Boxing gloves are available to borrow.

About Reza
This workshop is led by Reza, a passionate boxing coach with nearly two decades of experience in the sport. For him, boxing is more than training — it’s a practice that builds confidence, resilience, and focus, both inside and outside the ring. Certified by the Dutch Boxing Federation, Reza combines technical skill with a calm, grounded approach, helping people grow stronger while staying connected to themselves.
