Boxing

Breathing
After the boxing there will be time and space to regulate our nervous system. Felix will guide you through some breathwork to bring you back into a calmer state after a more intense boxing session. The breathwork will be guided with the handpan so that you can fully surrender with the sounds and relax deeply.
