We’ll also address one of the most common struggles—how to breathe properly during Sun Salutation B.

In this workshop, we’ll also cover asana clinic: posture alignment and correct muscular engagement in poses such as Downward Facing Dog, Trikonasana, Prasarita A & C, Reverse Plank Pose, and more.
