10 hour Yoga Marathon
Celebrate 10 years of movement with 10 hours of flow
To close our anniversary month and celebrate 10 years of YG Studios, we invite you to a 10 hour yoga marathon. Move with us —a few hours, or the full journey, that’s up to you.
10 consecutive hours of yoga invite you to explore movement, focus and endurance in a playful yet intentional way — not by pushing beyond your limits, but by discovering how long you can comfortably stay with the practice. Join for as many hours as you can, take breaks when needed, and step back in when it feels right. Whether you move for three hours, six, or decide to go all in, this is a rare chance to experience what happens when you give yourself time, space and continuity. Choose your moments in the schedule, enter at any point during the day, and flow together with the YG community through a full day of movement.

how it works
- Sign up for free in the schedule of May 31st, for the hours you plan to join. Do so in the app or in the schedule below
- All marathon classes take place in Yoga Room 2
- The day is made up of 10 consecutive one‑hour yoga sessions. After 55 minutes of each session there’s a 5 minute break to switch: to step out, step in, grab water, reset — and continue if you like.
- You can join at any moment during the day and stay for several hours in a row or take a break and come back later
- We provide mats in the room
We encourage you to challenge yourself and stay as long as you comfortably can — a few hours already make this a special experience.

A challenge worth remembering
Join the 10 Hour Yoga Marathon and turn your practice into a challenge worth remembering. This day invites you to move longer than usual, test your focus and curiosity, and discover how many hours of yoga feel good for you. Throughout the day, long‑time YG partners like SUE, Lululemon and Sajoer, who have been part of our journey from the very beginning, will add extra energy, care and fun. Making this not just a physical challenge but a true celebration of movement and community.
